450 clone

I have a hb 2835 brushless motor and a 450 clone. I had a motor problem (I grinded shaft to much to adj. teeth). So i Bought the 2835 brand new. All 3 wires coming off motor were all black. And needed me to put ends on wires. I read somewhere that it don't matter which wire goes to which. But...

I am using a old erazor 450 motor in my clone, and I have to place a spacer to lower motor just enough to line up the pinion gears with the flywheel. I am tired of every time I spool it up the motor moves, or it strips the gears. I want to fix this one or put another in it. There is only a small...
