You said that too soon, Ken. I just crashed both of my helis I brought to field today. But I picked up the down birds with a smiling face.

No, I am not 16. That was 14 years ago. LOL

Nice flying. The picture is so nice and crisp, even with just 480-pixel resolution. What camera do you use? I'll probably will ditch my JVC Addixxion. Picture is hazy and sound is muffled.

The first crash was due to too much collective dampening. During the last flip before the crash, as the heli became inverted, it was losing altitude too fast (with some help from the wind). I dropped collective as fast as I could, but because of excessive dampening I could not save it. Before going to the field today, I increased the collective damping to smooth out the transitions. But I guess I overdid it.

The second crash is still under investigation :D

Looking good, Ken. Kept it away from the truck this time at least! :)

You've got pretty good stationary rolls and flips going there. Far better than I'm managing so far.

Thanks guys, the camera is a Nikon CoolPix. Will do 14 megapixel but file sizes are too big.
