Videos First Quad Race

Well we got out some PVC pipe 20" long with one end cut on a 45deg angle so we could hammer it into the ground a few fun noodles later and we had our first race.
Sorry for the bad looking video, it was real last evening and over cast.
Anyway we had a blast, just need to get about 3 more to join us racing.
I will try to get a better video in the near future in the sunlight
I kept wondering how my flying buddy kept ending up in front of me at times.
Now that I watched the video..... I see him cutting a few corners LOL

Good stuff. must have been difficult to gauge some of turns. The more I see this stuff the more I want to try.

It's fun huh.
Try setting up your noodles in a hoop, makes altitude control much more critical.

It is loads of fun, I have ordered more fun noodles so we can make some gates to go through...
I hope to get a better video this weekend the weather will be sunny and 60 deg... should be great weather for flying.....

Looks like a blast! I like the course...not too difficult. Our club is gearing up for some 250 racing too. I can't wait. Thanks for sharing.
