ESC One more Hobbywing question

Im trying to use the RPM out wire for my telemetry. But get no signal. Can this be done? Thanks, T

As far as I know, that wire is only for the governor function on gyros. Could be wrong though.

It can be done with the V4 Hobbywing ESCs, the Jlog interface 'gizmos' are supposed to support it and I've seen videos of it working, though I've not yet got mine to work properly with my Spektrum Tx.

Yeah I figured. All my CC ESC's the white wire works when connected to the telemetry so I thought the HW would work too. This is actually a V3 controller. I was thinking it would be helpful to set the head speed since there's no way to do it in the software like the Castles. No biggie, thanks...
