Chargers Primal charger flashes red and green

Is this the charger in question?

If so it looks like the red might be the charge current of 1-4 amps. As for the green i could guess but that would be a disservice. I will see if I can hunt down the manual.

It doesn't give information on how to reset charger but the charger charges the factory battery but not the upgraded 5000 35c
It did at one time but after i left the charger plugged up without battery connected it only blinks red and green so i still purchased a new 5000 35c thinking i had a dead cell but it wouldn't charge new one neither so now i have 2 5000 35c venom battery and one factory rustler vxl traxxas battery and a primal charger that blinks red and green when charging venom battery but charges factory battery should i buy new charger?

I recommend you look at these for your charging needs. I will stand by the GT500 just because I trust the brand. I have never used icharger but they are just as good as the powerlab products.
