I would say
new frame, boom , shafts, holders, tail holding rods, pushing rods, belt are gone
If I would have a crash like that, I would rebuild it from these parts.
but as I sad it's your choice

Both frames, upper lower frames, main/feathering shafts, boom, supports, main blade grips.
Frame pieces alone are just over $50. Still have the kit just needs fixed. My Gaui took the same impact on concrete and the whole frame survived.

Awesome flying. You did actually go in the water at one point, very neat... Mine went in the water once.... It's still there....lol. Those vids must take ages to edit, look very cool man
