I think his RX battery flew out and hit the blades. Mine did that on the 600 and man did it go Bang! but luckily /I had EC3 Terminals and that won the fight between who was going to get the battery (The Blades and atmosphere or the battery tray). The battery had a big ding in it ... but it was still live and well and I used it up until the last day I flew the heli

Wow. That sucks. Did a lot of hopping around with it. Might have to start using reusable zip ties to keep it in place.
