Trucks Traxxas T-Maxx Diff Rebuild

You guys have seen me take the engine apart, and rebuild it. You have seen me rebuild the shocks and walk you through it. You have also seen me tear the truck down pretty much all the way. Well, now it's time to rear into it, and start repairing it to free up some power. The diffs in this truck were so nasty, the grease has turned into a very thick glue. Watch the video, and when I pick up a piece off the rag, it will stick. Not like grease, but like glue. After we are done, these thing will let about 25% more power come through to the wheels. Have a watch and let me know what you think.

Now that's cool! I'll check out the e max rears when I get time. Let you know if it's grease or oil.

I'm more wondering about your 3.3. If any of them have oil, it would be that one. But I'm pretty sure it's grease. And if you take the diff apart as I did, you may want to replace the grease that's in there. I will bet it's not much better than this from the factory.
