Yep thats the ones.
Very easy once you have reverse flying sorted. Just remember when you are in FF you alway give a little up elev and in Rev you give a little down Elev. So in the piros forget correcting with Aileron, just transfer from up elev to down elev as you transition between forward and rev.
People try to piro to slow, giving you more chance of issues. Try flying Rev and give a quick flick to Forward, couple of seconds then flick to Rev again. Rinse and repeat.
