500 BeastX Software Download

Hi,
I'm trying to upgrade my BeastX and my AR7200BX but the StudioX won't download, gives a message that the StudioX software can't be downloaded securely. What in the world am I doing wrong?

Hey, Wayne and . I'm not sure, but did you know that you have to pay extra for the download...like $100.00?

I was able to download StudioX ( for Windows ) from their official website just fine at Support - BEASTX

I didn't attempt to install since I don't own anything from BeastX ... but you said the error happened on download and not during installation also, so I didn't consider it important to try to install.

It is certainly one possibility but we were not given any technical details to make a guess from.
