Ok for starters I am VERY new to building models of any size or quality without it coming from a box of parts made by someone else. So I was thinking that there are sources out there for getting to know the tools and techniques that others use in their builds so I figured "Why dont we RC-Helpers make a cache of our tools and techniques.
So we probably all have a lot of the basics that relly need not spend much time on like xactos, razors of various types, hobby saws, but some of us have some really cool stuff so lets see what you guys have in your shops.
I'll start of with the biggest investment lately.

This is a cnc laser cutter/engraver. Here is some sample work a peice of poplar cut and engraved and some custom bottle caps for my homebrew yea!
and a box cut out of poplar and but together as a cmas gift
