[QUOTE="Tony, post: 182363, member: 1"] It's been another year (lol) and I'm Pretty sure I'm about to lose my mind trying to find the perfect size holes for the XT90 plug that will screw to the bottom plate. I did have to make the decision to put everything in the bottom which I did not want to do, but there just isn't enough space left over for anything to be left out. I don't have the correct balance boards to recess them and let's face it, plug in the balance bord and you pretty much leave it there lol. And wtih the balance bords having varying heights, it's just easier to put foam back in the top and put everything in the bottom. Right now though, if you can't tell from the picture, I'm trying to get the exact right size for the XT90 connector that will screw to the bottom board to plug balance boards and such into. And as I'm writing this, I think I want to recess it also so that it is flush rather than sticking up.... That should be easier than trying to get these weird holes spaced correctly. 32.35mm... That is a weird spacing lol. But, this is where I am. I have kicked myself for too long (4 years LOLOL) to get this at least printed with the first iteration. Well, It's happening. And don't worry, it will still have to be printed in 4 pieces, but thanks to the newer slicer software, you can take one large piece and cut it up in to smaller pieces with alignment dowels to put them back together. That and a little CA will do just fine. Now to do the 4th or 5th print to verify the fitment of this plug lol. Oh, and the holes are 2.65mm for fine thread M3 bolts. Good times lol.
