General Cyclic vs tail servos

Hi all, so what exactly is the difference between a tail servo and a cyclic servo? Is it just that we sacrifice torque for speed or something else?

Speed vs power.... cyclic servos usually are engineered for greater strength and torque, whilst tail servos are usually more engineered for greater speed and agility.
