Ok guys, after my crash Ive been rebuilding my heli. I got a new Align feather shaft the upgraded one thats fits the 450 to 700 class helis. here is my question. on the instructions it says to put the thrust bearings and stuff in, then put the bearing in. however with the shaft that came with the kit. 450 pro dfc the mannual says do it the other way. is this because the shafts are different ? and if that dont matter which is the way i sould in stall the trust bearings and bearing.

I would go by what the manual says, Sparse. Once you have it all installed, check the blade grips and make sure they move freely. If they do, then I would call it "done".

as long as they are moving freely...then i'd say you did it right. Did you add a bit of grease to the thrust bearings? If so...you're in good shape!

Just an update the upgraded feathering shaft needed to be put in per the instruction that it came with. If you do not do it that way you get massive play in the blade grips. I just wanted to share and let everybody know what i learned in case somebody ran into the same problem
