Does anyone know who these people are off YouTube? I've just received an email from then regarding my video "hailstorm in the Pyrenees"

They want to licence it and state I will earn revenue from it..

They only have 82 subscribers. I would be leery of them. If you want to make money on your video, just enable monetization.

Fullscreen is a legit youtube entity that does license videos, check this Fullscreen | Variety. but not sure if this one is them or not. A friend of mine had one of his videos on a white water rafting trip licensed by them a while back and made a few bucks, not a lot by any means, but a little.
