ESC hobby wing skywalker 40 amp esc w 5volt 3a bec

Is this a good esc for the rc-help trainer? I was thinking exceed rocket 3020 1000 kva moter with this esc. Just wondered why it was so much cheaper than their other 40 amp esc,s? Is this motor big enough for the plane?

40 amp should be plenty if you stick to the configuration Tony has spec-ed for the build.
