Quad New Frame

I ended up getting a 4" TBS open source podracer drone frame this week. It's going use 1806/2700Kv motors. It should move along very briskly lol batch_IMG_0861.JPG

Looks like a nice frame. I know this is an old thread, but have you built it yet and flown it? (may have, just now getting through the posts)

What's up Tony. I haven't flown it yet because I haven't finished it :(. I'm kind of stuck. I'm using FC and 4in1 that I had laying around. There not the right electronics to have in it but so far they fit fine. The motors fit too with a little adjusting. Where I'm stuck at is the Littlebee 20a 4in1. I'm not sure how this wiring will go with my Omnibus F4 V2 and the 4in1. I never used or wired up any 4in1 before. I'm so confused.

Oh yeah. I can't find a FVT LittleBee 20a 4in1 esc Schematics on it. This esc is discontinued :(. I know it can be done but not by me so far :(.

If I can remember correctly (forgive me, it's been quite a while lol), the S1, S2, S3 S4 is your motors. These will go to the signal pins on the FC marked PWM1, PWM2, PWM3, PWM4. It will be using a common ground and power, so those can come from the 4-1 and go to any positive and negative pin on the board, I would just wire these to the PWM1 slot.

Thanks again Tony :). I give that a try. Another question, does blheli suite work with a 4 in1 to change motor and direction? I probably can wait to find out once I get everything working :). but I figure you might know in advance lol :).

Alrighty now Mr Tony. All system go. Now to do the fine tune adjusting, get everything calibrated and working like it should. Thanks again Tony for your the man :notworthy:

It's my pleasure Ivan! I'm surprised I remembered that stuff. lol.

See, your not that old. You still remember not like I and get that sometimezheimer disease every once in awhile Lol :). BTW, if anyone wants to know, BLHeli suite does work on that 4in1.

Update on the 4" TBS pod racer. With Tony's help, I'm almost ready for a flight :). I'm waiting on FPV camera and batteries to come in. Then I can connect the vtx and camera. After that, the pod is ready to boggie :) batch_IMG_0897.JPG I think it might be under 250g
