Hi Tony,

I've been flying a Syma F3 for a couple years and just bought a Blade 180 CFX! Super excited about it! I think I'll try to build something similar to the RCH Trainer.

Welcome to RCH. You might want to build flying gear for your heli. Its 4 balls mounted on dowels that you secure your landing gear to. This way its harder to tip the heli onto the blades while your learning to hover and eventually to fly.

The trainer is a great little plane to start out with. Cheap and easy to fly. I'm about to build another one myself.
