I left mexico with a smaller bag than i arrived with. Swapped two old kite surf boards for a new one of these, and my old 450 and DX6I :D
Will be playing with it today.

have they got an adjustable shutter sped to capture good shots of heli blades actually spinning and not stationary?

You can record in either 30 or 60 fps. To make the disk show up better and not just show the blades, you need to open the iris a little more like happened when I did the quick flight in low light. Not the smartest idea, but it works to show the whole disk.

The 3 is way more powerful than the 2. It can record at 4K which is cinema quality ( not that my Mac is powerful enough to edit at this size :D ) it will film in 1080 at 60fps which cuts out the jello effect that 30fps gets. I have the remote that allows me to switch on and off, change modes etc up to 600ft away. But it apparently really kills your RF signal on 2.4Ghz, so not good for using while flying.

I can see the thread now.

Why did you have such a horrifically devastating crash?

Because I used the remote to turn my camera on.
