I have an os max rg 21 engine and I am building a t-maxx what mount will work?

First, welcome 3carmark to RCHelp.com A little more information would be helpful but I would start by measuring the bolt pattern and then see if anything in the T-Maxx motor mount selection to see if anything matches or close. You can also get a motor mount 3-D printed...I imagine.

the bolt spacing is 21 mm front to back and 37 mm side to side I believe the big block mount will fit i found several on ebay and one of the sellers told me the spacing is right
