concodd Member Mar 8, 2017 #1 getting into fpv, have a JRXG8 Tx and have just received my orange DMSS/ R8DM. Need to bind it with the TX. I have on hand a YEP 20A SBEC and a 3s battery can i use these as the power source or is it likely to blow the RX up??

Tony Staff member Mar 8, 2017 #2 As long as that SBEC is only putting out 5-6 volts DC, you will be fine. I would double check it with a volt meter, but you should be fine.
