Racing Quad Problem

I have a qav 250 with cc3d, 20a blheli escs, 2300kv motors for some reason when I start flying it it hovers for a few seconds then all the motors stop spinning then just fall on to the ground. Does anybody know what's wrong?

It sounds like it is going into fail safe. I would connect it up to the computer and see what settings are in there.
