Hi all, A quick photo of my solution to rotor blades flopping all over the place whilst setting up the pitch.

I've been accused as a junk hoarder of heli parts...I have a set of 500 blades that I use for this purpose that are sawed off like that. It's so much nicer than swinging a whole big ol blade around!
