DIY Syma X5C revive

A coworker gave me this X5C that had one motor not working. He crashed it and I assume the FC probably had a burned out ESC. I stripped it down and kept the motor assemblies and blades.

I want to install a cheap FC but don't know the current draw from these motors. Can I assume 10A to be sufficient? These motors are 20mm L x 7mm D. The wires are super thin and appear to be around 22 or 24ga. maybe even smaller.

These are brushed motors and don't last all that long. Have you swapped the wires around to test the motors?

As for FC or ESC, that is a tough one with these motors. Most have a built in ESC in the board, since they are such a simple ESC.

Here is a link to the manual - http://www.symatoys.com/upload/201809/04/201809041536445148.pdf

I don't see an ESC, but I do see the the receiver board, x5c-10. I may actually have a quad with these motors and the receiver board if you need it. I will just need to get out to the barn to verify...
