What should the carb be tuned to got the ez start to turn and prime but no fire the last owner left the fuel gate wide open and it flooded on the first time any ideas or info would be great thanks guys!?!?

What motor are we dealing with? Is this a slide or a rotary carb? You need to set the low and high needles at the stock settings and retune the engine. Stock should be about 2.5 turns depending on what engine you are running. Mine was 2.5, I know that.

Here you go, click the link below and see if you can get it going. High needle should be 2.5 turns out, and the low end needle should be flush with the body. The idle mixture screw should be turned in just enough to open the carb 1mm.

On your ex start wand there should be two green lights. If one of them is not lighting up when you hit the starter, your glow plug is shot!
