I have two questions how do i brake the new 3.3 in and where could i buy fuel

Page 28 of the manual explains how to break in this engine. Because of the warranty, I suggest following what they suggest.

As for the fuel, any LHS should have what you need. Page 22 explains this in detail as to what fuel you should use.
