Cars Trackstar engine

My stupid .28 SH blew up after only 5 tanks, has anyone heard of the trackstar engines? And if so are they any good??

I have actually never heard of them. Do you know what temp it was running at? Nitro engines don't like to run over 220ºF, or about 100ºC. Any hotter and they wear out too fast. If you don't have one, get yourself an inferred temp gun and check the temp of the next engine.

Lol! The fella I'm buying the engine off is named tony I just thought maybe he used RC help as well! I thought it would be weird if he hadn't heard of trackstar engines which he is selling me, by the way trackstar are go tech engines which have been rebagded, so are go tech engines any good?

I haven't even heard of GoTech engines either. I know of OS, NovaRossi and engines like that, more top end. Never really looked at or dealt with the lower end engines.
