Cars Transmitter not working correctly

I am changing my Arrma Infraction Mega to a brushless system but when i changed the motor and ESC now the steering controls the throttle and the throttle switch does nothing. I tried to put the brushed system back in and the same thing happened. How did my transmitter get switched. Please help i am new to the hobby and don't know where i went wrong. Spectrum SLT3 transmitter.

Look up how to recalibrate your ESC ... it is different for some ESC's so I can't give specific instructions for the ones you are using.

Sounds like you might have plugged the servo lead and throttle lead into the wrong channels on the receiver.
