This be my first attempt to contribute, so please be patient. I'm an old heli guy both in age and experience. My new heli is the Trex600nitro pro. I've learned that the 3mm frame bolts as well as the self threading frame bolts strip if you use a ball driver. Second thing is to check the main shaft bearings after a crash. Don't assume they're OK if the shaft turns. Mine wee crushed in my first crash with the new bird. (my bad. I had incorrect set up.)

You are right. Main shaft bearings will go out and jam up under load, even if they rotate smooth without load on the bench.

I know how to check bearings outside the frame, how do you check gour bearings Stan?
