When I see various artifacts on the screen... this usually indicates the video memory is bad or the contacts on the video card needs cleaning. Of course the chance of a bad/wrong/corrupted video driver still needs to be determined as well. At worst... the drivers/updates didn't kill the hardware and if it is bad... then it's a coincidence at most and the update just happened at the same time of the hardware failure.</blockquote>
