We are trying to plan out a slaughter station and when we do, we will keep only one rooster. The other ones will be put on my smoker or into a great stew or soup. Larger "non meat" chickens are tougher than "meat" chickens. Just not sure how the wife is going to take it when I kill 4, or possibly all 5, of her babies lol. Oh yea, she purchased an incubator and she is trying to hatch her own chicks. So we will have plenty of roosters in the future.
