My custom 1022 with the shrouded barrel has a suppressor, aluminum, but there is no other place to put it. Even the dummy suppressor (so you can shoot if it you don't have one) is aluminum also.   For some calibers they make a plastic bullet that has a laser in the end of it. Put it in the barrel and it shines through.</blockquote>
