Basically, you type in "rc-help.com" and that is resolved to an IP address that you set with your registrar to point to a specific IP address. Since this is hosted here, you have to specifically open ports in your firewall that would normally not be open, but since it's only pointing to one internal IP address in the network, it cannot see the rest of the network.But, it all starts with DNS and setting your A record "@" to the IP address where the server is. In my case yesterday into today, I was hit with the very long propagation issue. Usually it's very fast (within an hour), but this time it responded in 1.5 hours, then went away again for 12 hours, and then came back today. DNS, what  PITA lol.</blockquote>
