There are a lot of things that are made in China and are made with top quality components (resistors, capacitors, diode's, mosfets and so on) which are used on the most expensive components you can get (medical equipment comes to mind). They are made in China not because they are cheap products, but because China has a stupid low labor rate which dramatically cuts down costs to manufacture. On the other side, all of those components I just mentioned have lesser quality counterparts. Think of a Samsung, Sony, LG... TV vs Sansui or Element or Sceptre. One you KNOW will last a long time and the company puts a good warranty on it, the other, you bought it, you own it, you deal with it lol. It's all about components used.
With all of that said, I don't think you will have an issue with the OrangeRX brand. I have some of their old receivers from back when they were a brand new company, and they are still working. They have had their issues with brownouts, burnt IC's and so on, but they learned and have overcome those issues.
