well .... we have all been found guilty of that at one time or another .... but I am guessing .... after this you have become an avid thread lock advocate! 
So did you hit throttle hold early on to stop the spinning speed increasing? Were you trying to add corrections as she came down? Just curious as they are the hardest to auto in on. Only those that are used to seeing those orientation changes at high speed can sucessfully do it.... If you can do piros flips, auto rotating on a failed tail is possible
