Misc. DX8e need help please

Need help just bought new DX8e power on and nothing just flashing and no response with anything and only way to power off is to remove battery

Kerry Snell and sorry about your new TX. That being said I would turn around and call the manufacturer or the company that sold you the TX. Sounds like a bad TX or batteries. Eitherway this is not a good way to start off.
