Yup, I have a few of them. They are okay. If you cover the lens but have light hitting the board, it looks like there are sperm swimming around..... Not making this up lmao.

Sure... matter of fact I have a few of them. They work just fine. I'm giving up on brush quads so i have many micro parts for sell . Want to get rid of these

Yup, got those as well. Those go on the tiny whoops. I think I have two of those lmao. And that is also what Ivan has for sale.

Do you have to have goggles to use them?

Nope, you can use a monitor and just connect up your VRX to it. There are some out there that use their TV lol.

I think it would be nice to be able to use a cell phone or tablet with one of these.

Not possible unless it is over wifi, and none of these cameras/vtx's can do that. And you get a delay with wifi anyway. You will need a dedicated VRX.

VRX = Video Reciever??? Are there any decent 'cheap' ones?

I run the diversity version of the VRX linked below. and yes, VRX = Video Receiver.
