Just why not.
Seriously, I still don't understand how a rocket can be radio-controlled. After all, you need wings, then you get a plane.
On the other hand, missiles can manoeuvre by changing the direction of the thrust vector. But I would not call it complete flight control. It's more of trajectory control.
