I just did some more checking and after zooming in on the plane, I am seeing that not only are rudder and ailerons at full right, but the elevator is at full down. The rudder, ailerons and the elevator do not respond to the movements.

I believe the two bars reference on the calibrate refers to controlling two functions with the throttle. I will try to find the disable.

Checked the Swash Type and confirmed it was and still is in "1 servo normal" setting.

You are right, the throttle will not only control your throttle, but also your collective.
