ESC Kolibri and Brain

A question for Kontronik users. Installing a Kolibri HV they want the throttle travel 100/100 with a linear curve for programming. But the Brain wants the software to match the TX. That puts the endpoints 127/128. So do you program the ESC then go back and match the travel to the software? Waiting for an answer from Kontronik. This is the first time I used Kontronik with a Brain.

Already got my answer, if you’re running the throttle though the Brain, you set the end points with the Brain then program mode 1-4 in the ESC like normal.
