Don't forget to break those two fuseable links on the opposite side of that screw that you removed. That, and isolating that screw hole from the case are the keys to removing the DC ground from the second PSU.

I cut the strip from the area the plastic on the fan was at, my thinking being that you would not get a potential short off plastic. Thus minimising any danger.

I placed it in as flush as I could.

I then broke the tabs. At each stage I tested for continuity.

The white lines are the parts I have cut off from the original moulding wher the drill and charger sat.

Hi Graham,
Just out of curiosity how long does that charger take to re-charge a 11.1v 2200mha pack. I know it can probably parallel charge a few packs but what is
the time for one pack. Be most interested. Cheers Treff

Depends on the charge rate that you are putting into it. If you are just doing a 1c charge rate, it will take the same amount of time as a $40 charger. However, if you are doing 4 at a 5c charge rate, it will be much less time to charge, and you will be getting multiples done at once. so, it's all based off the charge C rating of the battery.

I think it is better if you choose a decent box:) mine has too many shapes.

Having said that, it is very good quality:)
