New "Docked" Header

Hi Tony, I have the No answer on the survey, it is now docking the header after a reload.

So it wasn't docking the header, but now it is?

Yes all working, the computer had not been shut down for a week or so that may have caused it.

Probably pulling a cached copy of the page.
