This weekends was a lot of fun for me. I attended the Fall helicopter classic in Riverview, Florida and competed in my third F3C contest. The weather was beautiful all weekend, and there was a pretty nice turnout for the event.
I didn`t get to participate in the funfly part much, because I was really focused on the F3C contest. But I was able to make it around the pits during our breaks, to socialize a little with my friends. The sun was pretty intense out there, and it had worn me out by the time the contest was over.
I ended the contest with a 2nd place finish, so I`m happy with that. I`m off to Nashville next month and then Homestead, Florida in March. I`m really loving F3C flying. It`s a lot more fun for me than 3D.
