OMG this is too funny. It sucks, but i have not laughed this hard in a while. hahaha. Get that poor heli in the air or retire it, it's been through a LOT in the past year...

Frame center peice where a landing gear screws in ( front) (stripped)

Tail boom
Torque tube
Tail push rod
Tail output box (bent)
Tail pitch slider
Tail blades
Tail fin
Main head block
One dfc arm


Had everything bought or already there to replace in my stash but the main blade holders and tail output box. Those I just noticed last night. So yes it's still not ready lol

are you talking about the tail it self or the tail boom block
if its the tail boom block i have 2 spares i think i know i have one i also have a tail section

Ill take those tail boom blocks but this is on the tail .. The two black peices on the left and right holding the rear Tt gear
