Quad Weird Initialization

Hey guys I got an old blade 350qx I’ve had and not flown for some time. A day or so ago I took it out for a spin or tried to and the only way I could get it to initialize was to turn it on upside down and then flip it over and it would fly normal. Sound like a problem anyone else has had with a quad?

Only thing I could think of is an accelerometer/gyro sticking? It needed to be in a certain orientation to proceed with arming? Maybe try blowing things out with some gentle compressed air?

I would try programming a new model in your TX and try going through the compass calibration. If it's as old as my Phantom 3, you need to calibrate quad before the start of a flight. Just my :2c:
