It's more complex than that... The 4 numbers ( 3520 ) are size references and tells nothing about the electrical properties. To find out what the specs and capabilities of the motor means you must look up the exact make / model and see what the manufacturer lists as it's capabilities are.
Often cheaper motors don't have their full specs listed. You will want to know what volts it supports, the amps and/or watts and what it's kV ( how fast it rotates ). Lower kV numbers will swing larger props but at slower speeds... higher numbers go fast but can't swing as large of a prop. Hopefully they will also list the recommended props the motor can handle at the voltage and amp / wattages amounts they list.
