Where do I get the program used to install updates to the 3GX? Does it work with a Mac?

Tony has been kind enough to have each version of the 3GX listed for us. You should be able to simply click on the version that you want and follow the directions for the update.
Will it work with MAC??? I don't have an answer for that.
