450 450l dominator tail problems!

Hello all,
Went out for my first proper flight yesterday, but ended in frustration. Not changed any settings since last weeks succesfull spool up and hover/hopping tests, but now i have problems. The heli wont spool up without trying to spin round on the ground, on the grass it tried to tip it was that bad. I thought the training gear might be affecting it, so took it off, and went through the tail set up again on the 3gx (version 4)
I noticed the tail servo wasnt centering again and the end limits were difficult to set, but i think i got it fairly close. Tried spooling again, but even at very low throttle, the heli tried to spin, and wthout the training gear, it went over. Looks like the only damage was a chip out of the paint on one blade, lucky.
Has anyone else had trouble setting up the tail on dominators? I know theres alot of posts about tail wag, but last week mine was solid! Any ideas would be helpfull, so i can get this thing in the air! Thanks all.

Checked the 3gx, all seems ok. The swash tilts correctly to compensate, and the tail moves opposite to compensate as well. I would just like to check if a couple of things are normal please! I have 3gx mounted underneath, so need red led but after setting it, then returning to flight mode, led goes green. Also, when rotating heli to check tail movement, servo doesnt return to centre unless the tx stick is moved. Just to confirm, i have a smooth mechanism in the tail, no binding up! Thanks again!

Servo won't return to centre.
Its trying to correct an error. (you turning the tail) Because its not being corrected,
by you turning the heli back to its original heading, it continues to try and correct.
