General cen 7.7 problems

hey everyone i hope you can help i just got a cen gst 7.7 and am having all kinds of issues it will not hold idle after new plug ive tried tuning it but do not know the factory settings to have a place to start ive tried cen website but its no help either and no hobby store in minnesota carries cen products so im at a loss any help woulld be great

After some searching, I have found the manual for this truck. Stock settings for the carb are 3.5 turns out from seated on the top end needle, 1 turn out from flush on the low needle and about 1mm gap in your carb opening. Click the link below for more info in the manual.
