try charging each one cell separately and see how you go. takes ages ..... then I just ran the heli on a light load run for 4 mins and put it on balance ..... took over 200 minutes to balance it .... but it was perfect! now it charges as per normal..... where as before it was doing your issue all the time.....

If you have a charger that has a good balance port, you shouldn't have to ever do this. I have had cells that were over a volt apart, and my charger equaled them by it's self. Doing a charge one cell at a time is just asking for trouble since they are wired all in series.

worked for me .... I would not get my balance charger to balance it up..... it pepped up the low cells and all is now fine.

What kind of charger are you using? You may have mentioned it before, I'm just too lazy to go look lmao.
